Sue Page to moderate Payment Leaders Panel at SBC Summit Americas

Neosurf CEO Americas prepares to facilitate a lively debate between key industry figures on how operators can block bad customers without alienating good ones at SBC Summit Americas.

With progressive cash-to-digital payments company, Neosurf, set to attend SBC Summit Americas next month, the group has announced CEO Americas, Sue Page, will be moderating a Payment Leaders Panel as part of the brand’s packed conference schedule.

Planned for Wednesday 14 May from 11:45 to 12:30 EDT, the panel will look to explore how the gambling industry can successfully keep out fraudulent users while minimizing friction for legitimate players and what contribution technological innovation can make toward these efforts.

Featuring a line-up of speakers that includes Caesars Digital VP for Payments & Fraud, Trent Striplin, Radar CEO and Co-founder, Nick Patrick, Veriff Head of LatAm, Amit Tzur and OKTO Commercial Director, Galina Bineva, the panel will discuss how operators block bad customers
without alienating good ones and whether tighter security is worth the drop off in user experience.

With Neosurf being known in the industry for offering a range of tools that assist with operators’ responsible gaming and AML compliance requirements and the company having also recently conducted a detailed piece of research into the betting and budgeting habits of players in the US,
Sue will certainly be well-positioned to oversee what’s likely to be a lively and entertaining debate.

Of course, with this being SBC Summit Americas, the Payment Leaders Panel – as well as all other in-person discussions on the conference agenda – will be translated live in English, Spanish and Portuguese via headsets that are available in the conference rooms, so no matter what North,
Central or South American market visitors are representing, they won’t miss out on a single word.

Sue Page, Neosurf CEO Americas, said: “Striking the correct balance between safeguarding operators against fraud and providing a frictionless experience for players is a subject that’s always been important to Neosurf, so I’m delighted to have the opportunity to moderate a debate
on that exact topic at SBC Summit Americas next month.

“Featuring a line-up of speakers who know their fair share about payments in North, Central and Latin America, I’m looking forward to overseeing what should be a highly informative debate and hope the insights Neosurf recently gained from our own study into players’ betting and budgeting habits will add further context to the challenges facing operators and how they can solve them.”
